1. General provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer when purchasing goods (such as books, accessories, clothing) in the BTCSTYLE.SK online store. By submitting an order, the buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them.

2. Ordering goods and conclusion of the contract

The buyer places an order via the online store by adding selected goods to the cart and completing the order form. The purchase contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order by email.

3. Payment and delivery

Available payment methods:

  • Bank transfer

  • Cash on delivery

  • Bitcoin / Lightning Network payments

Delivery methods:

  • Courier delivery

  • Packeta pick-up points

The seller will dispatch the goods without undue delay after payment is received (if applicable). Delivery times and prices are shown during checkout.

4. Right of withdrawal (returns)

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, the buyer must send the goods back to the company address. The goods must be unused and undamaged. The seller will refund the payment within 14 days, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

5. Complaints and warranty

If the delivered goods are defective, the buyer has the right to file a complaint. Complaints should be sent to the company address. The seller will assess the complaint and inform the buyer about the resolution.

6. Personal data protection

The seller processes personal data in accordance with valid legislation. Detailed information about the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the website.

7. Final provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. The seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions; the updated version will be published on the website.
